Terms

Terms of Service

General website and service terms for working with Devlopa.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website and, unless individually agreed otherwise, to Devlopa services in digital product development, software development, AI automation, UX/UI design, product management, QA & testing, and IT consulting.

2. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information about Devlopa and its services. It does not constitute a binding offer. Contracts are formed only through individual agreement, proposal, order confirmation, or mutual signature.

3. Services

The type, scope, schedule, fees, cooperation duties, and deliverables are agreed on a project basis. Unless otherwise agreed, Devlopa provides professional services according to recognized industry standards, not a guaranteed commercial outcome.

4. Client Cooperation

The client provides necessary information, access, contacts, content, and decisions in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing cooperation may affect timelines and fees.

5. Usage Rights

Usage rights to work results transfer to the client in the agreed scope after full payment, unless agreed otherwise. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methods, and general know-how remain with Devlopa or their respective rights holders.

6. Third Parties and Open Source

Digital products may use third-party services, APIs, hosting platforms, open-source components, or AI services. Their terms, availability, and costs are outside Devlopa's direct control unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Liability and Confidentiality

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damages. Both parties treat confidential information and non-public project information confidentially.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Bremen. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
